the government of Venezuela has announced the sale of the preto coin for February 20
from the new coins or ICO's of this year this is one of the most interesting coins.
there is many reasons why this can be one of the most high valuable coin.

the coin will have oil and other minerals and possible natural gas as value of the coin this mean one of the biggest reserve of oil in the world will available for owners of this coin
the first government that will create an official crypto coin:
some might like it some may not but this is a smart move for a government that runs constantly into international sanctions, this can be a game change for the world. if everything goes like they planned this can make pressure to other countries to accept crypo coins as a monetary trading into their markets, this can be a interesting experiment even after at last world finances meeting they got into the regulations of crypto currencies and is something that will be discuss in the next 20g meeting in Argentina.

if the Venezuelan experiment goes well it may get another countries with natural resources to use the idea of the blockchain and crypto currency technology to improve transactions and upgrade their financial system so is just a matter of time to see if the Venezuelan government was right or just was another crypto coin turn down.
