New to steemit here's our first post.
Hello Everyone!
We're excited to be included in this forward thinking community. We've never been a fan of giving our content, personal data, etc., to "social media titans who shall not be named". We primarily used one social media platform, in an innocuous way, to promote our website. We're primarily a newsfeed where we enjoy collecting and scanning all news related to cryptocurrency and then posting those links for later reference for ourselves and our site members.
With steemit, we're looking to be more invested in authoring and sharing original content and commentary because this platform, we believe, has the potential to be THE disruptor of all the other established platforms who use the masses to collect and capitalize without a second thought about building a true reciprocal relationship with content creators.
