Why Netflix?

In the case of Netflix, there are two types of content. Content owned and produced by Netflix and produced by the original Content and other TV Networks, Filmmakers or Content Owners. Netflix has no problems publishing its original content, so they have the right to distribute.

However, in the case of content owned by other TV Networks, Filmmakers, and Content Owners, Netflix must secure the License Agreements to broadcast in its services. This is where problems arise that prevent them from streaming a TV Show or a Movie.

Netflix does not have a license, movie, or sequence because it does not have License Rights to monitor all available movies and TV series. No matter how hard they can, it's impossible to have it all.

Netflix is ​​not the only game in town. There are Hulu, the Prime Minister of Amazon, HBO Go and even the upcoming Disney Plus. All of these broadcasting services are struggling with Netflix over License Agreements to almost any TV or Movie content. In some cases, the Content Owner may choose to give License Agreements to everyone, so there are TV Shows and Movies available in almost all broadcast services.

Another reason that may prevent Netflix from publishing a particular film or TV Show may not be willing to sell the License Rights of the owner of the content. This applies to content that Netflix rivals produce and own. For example, Game of Thrones will never be in Netflix and probably not in Netflix because Netflix's biggest competitor is HBO. HBO is therefore unlikely to sell content from Netflix.
