Beautiful video photography of culture and cuisine from the Chaoshan region of China and Guangdong. Dives into traditional dishes but more importantly traditional ways of growing and harvesting from the lands and water. Very artistically shot with great attention to detail and a lot of description on the chemical basis of what is occuring with the foods during preparation as well. I watch in Mandarin with subtitles. Quite charming and makes one yearn for the authentic culinary ways instead of the fast food and processed hell we live in.
