My holiday time in Poland will be over in few days time so I am trying to go back to my healthier choices which means - eat more fruit and vegetables😉

My salad dressing is just lemon juice with apple cider vinegar, salt, dried mint and fresh parsley and I love it because it’s very refreshing! How about yours?

    The best way to save money is by eating healthy. My personal experience is that I usually notice some incompatibility between the mouth taste balls and the body. The body most often than not reject what mouth taste ball rejoice when they see( illness ofcourse the body can't talk). If you can reconcile your mouth taste balls and body, then you are a rich fellow
