Moving NEO from Bittrex to claim GAS
Recently Bittrex lowered the fee to withdraw NEO (ex Antshares) to your wallet, it is now at 0.025 NEO (it used to be 0.1 NEO).
So here are the instructions to start collecting your GAS:
- Create a NEO Wallet at https://neowallet.cn/ then backup your wallet and write down your keys (public=address and private)
- Login to your Bittrex Account, go to Wallets, click on the minus (-) sign of your NEO coins.
- For ADDRESS type (copy/paste) your receiver address from the NEO Wallet.
- For QUANTITY type the amount of NEOs you wish to send to your wallet plus 0.025 (that is the fee Bittrex will collect)
- Verify at the bottom, WITHDRAWAL, that it show the exact amount you wish to send, as an integer (whole) number (since fractions will be lost).
- Click on button WITHDRAWAL. If 2FA is on you will be asked for it.
- Wait a couple of minutes and the NEO will appear on your NEO Wallet.
- On the Wallet click on CLAIM (left menu bar) and watch your UNAVAILABE GAS increase in time.
- When there is enough click on the CLAIM button.
Start collecting that GAS, do not give it for free to your exchange!
