I have no Idea what she is working on. The last quilt is not finished. She can jump from one project to another. Let the creative juices flow and see what comes out of the process.

The wall is in use to see and layout the ideas, work Like I have always said. There is a lot of sewing. An enormous amount. What you don’t see is the amount of times the stitching is removed for correction or any other reason.

The beginning stages are always fun to see! I love how she lays out her design on the wall! Looking forward to following her process :)

I will do my best to document it.
I find it neat also.

Sounds wonderful!

She has do much creativity! I am looking forward to seeing this next project take shape.

I am a little curious how this one will come teoghter

I have made a few quilts myself, but nothing amazing like that. Those little squares are crazy! I have trouble keeping 2x4 inch patches straight! My admiration goes out to her!

Way back when I remember how she struggled with every little thing. I think she spent more time removing stitching then putting in. She a pro now,

I miss stitching so much, but I wonder if I even have the time to do it now.

Love her station ! And the amount of work OMG

It keeps her busy. And not just busy work. The quilts are given away and it make other people happy 😊.

WoW given away? Thats so sweet...

Yea she gives them as gifts.
Old folks homes and such

She is sweet i love that

What are we going to do with all of them.
She makes so much stuff. From place mats to Christmas stockings.

What you don’t see is the amount of times the stitching is removed for correction or any other reason.

This is the most interesting part of the process if you would be asking my opinion. In fact, I love that part simply because I get the chance to think over my work- critically.

I hope you are doing all right and, I hope you could participate in this "creative" process.hahahahaha

Quilts to me are not perfect. What make them special are the errors.
My wife is critical with it also. If I wanted that I could buy a store brought mass produced one

yup.we have a belief in our place that a creator passes some of his essence to its creation. So we are especially careful to whom we give our creations.

quilting is fun - but so much work. And having a space to work in is really important.

Yes the space is so important.
So she needs to have a place of solace. I think that is important. She has been through a lot
The quilts are a secondary bonus. Its a vanishing art, needle work. They can’t match the quality with machines
