I am glad that your group did have an increase which was at a greater rate than the norm for the Minnow and Plankton categories over the time.
The #minnowuprising is continuing in the Month of October. I will be putting out an announcement later on it.
If you would be so kind as to list the 12 names under 80 SP, I will delegate SP to each person for the month of October to get him or her to that thresshold.

We know that some smaller members of our community have other things going on and are not posting at the moment.
@carolinacardoza has over 80 SP is powered up.
@tall72 is over 80 SP.
A couple others have STEEM and SBD they can use to power up. The goal of the initiative is to build wealth and more SP means more VP (and now more RC). Hence there is a lot of reason to power up at the moment if possible.
I will delegate to the rest today.
