Yoga Strap for the Yogi
Happy #needleworkmonday everyone! I worked this up last night while watching a movie. The movie wasn’t that great so I was glad for the distraction.
I love this yoga strap it pulls double duty as the yoga mat strap and the actual yoga strap used to help hold poses. Even if you aren’t into Yoga the strap is great just to help you stretch!
I’m a fitness professional and along with everything else that career includes I have several yoga instructors that work for me. I cannot wait to make them all one. After making theirs I’m going to make a few for the clients I train that also practice yoga.
I’ve got several (more than I need really) projects that I am working on. I’m really excited to be making the unicorn 🦄 blanket that I’ve been commissioned to make. The yarn I’m working with really does feel like unicorn fur! It just makes me want to snuggle up and take a nap. Seriously, if I had a cat, she’d be all up in this project! Anyhow...I wanted to give you all a little sneak peek!! I hope to have it finished by the next #needleworkmonday!
Genius idea!!! A double purposeful strap! I think everyone will love it and appreciate you making them one. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished unicorn blanket! It looks so cozy already. 😊
I can’t wait to see it either. I know it’s silly but still...after all these years of crocheting, when I look at a completed project I’m always like...holy crap, I made that with STRING! 🤣

It is super soft. It’s Lions Homespun thick and quick yarn. I’m using a P size hook.
I have never worked with such threads. be sure to take a picture of it when you're done.
I'm a big fan of working with my hands while I watch, or listen to videos/podcasts too. Great stuff. :)
Oh my gosh...my new favorite this is listening to to audiobooks while crocheting.

I love that type of project...quick and so useful! It's good to have those to work on when you need a break from a major project that takes a lot of time.

I love projects I can finish in a couple of hours...or even an hour! And it absolutely feels like a fluffy cloud.
