    I remember when the Disney talks initially went down that FF wasn't fully on the table, but it has since been confirmed by Disney's official press release Fantastic Four is part of the deal https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20171214005650/en/Walt-Disney-Company-Acquire-Twenty-First-Century-Fox (If you click the link, the top only is a highlight, FF gets mentioned in the meat of the release)

    The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love.

    It's not so simple as their statement. However, since FF are in a small company I am sure they can reach the same agreement that they did with Fox, or just buy them out.
