Trees on a small island silhouette as the overcast sky catches the city glow from Prince George in the distance. Ness Lake, Northern British Columbia, Canada

That's great! I often search for another "WOW!" image when being on phototour - resulting in big disappointments if I didn't catch anything spectacular.
This shot here is a great example that minimalistic scenes also work if you're creative enough...thanks for sharing!
Yes we are a long way out of town but for whatever reason on this night the glow from the city was very bright. I was out looking for an aurora but the clouds and glow ruined any chance of that!
Congrats on being a WINNER in this contest!
This tree, growing in the Isle of Skye in scottish Highlands, was formed by the wind and many years of resisting extreme climate of the island. This shape has a real history behind it...
Congrats on being a WINNER in this contest!
After an autumn storm in our area, many trees were uprooted. The trunks were collected in different places. Like here in this forest. The wild power of nature is always impressive.

Congrats on being a WINNER in this contest!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! :)
This tree can observe you. I took this photo in Owl Mountains in Poland this year when I was hiking with friends.
This lonely tree in the alps of Mercantour National Park in France reminded me to pause and smile after a long and difficult day of hiking. I love the color contrast between the tree and the snowy mountains in the background.
Really like the perspective and color combinations here - great shot!
Thank you so much!
Congrats on being a WINNER in this contest!
coconut tree is the most common trees in coastal area especially for tropical.
I loved how these trees looked like a Chinese painting in the fog, with just some orange leaves left over from Autumn!
Wow they are beautiful ! Its like the start to a fairy tale.
