I've seen those rings around the sun before many years back in Toronto.. There was also the more recent ring around the moon a few years back i saw here in KL as well..
It is a natural phenomenon. You have been to KL, have you been to Sarawak as well?
yeah I live in KL.. Mostly I go to KK but I've been to Kuching once and loved it!
