You have no choice, you must live in a dome. So says your technological overlords! Submit to their superior decisions because you have no choice in the matter.

    lol, no.
    You will be free to live where ever you want in a Resource Based Economy. But you will have facts, that can tell you how living in a dome is more efficient. Still, if someone wants to live in a square hut made of grass and trees, no one will stop him/her.
