A concrete dome is strong. In a hurricane, you lose no shingles. It is fireproof. You need no termite sprays. Termites break their jaws chewing on a concrete dome. You have no such problems.

You will be free to live where ever you want in a Resource Based Economy. But you will have facts, that can tell you how living in a dome is more efficient. Still, if someone wants to live in a square hut made of grass and trees, no one will stop him/her.
So live in your dome or a grass hut? This just keeps getting better and better.
