When I was younger I would have run in this weather but not any more so kudos to you for running and giving these tips

I would have been dubious walking on the ice

    Thank you! As I said it wasn't easy but I'm still glad i did it. Helped a bit with these winter blues I've been having. I'm glad someone else gets that walking on ice isn't a good idea. Lol
