Sparrows
It is said that once a baker stole a bun from the counter and he screamed “thief beat”! Since then, this bird is called the sparrow. Now do not know whether this is true.
These little birds are always settled close to a person, they are the same permanent inhabitants of courtyards, parks as pigeons, only much more careful of them. Ornithologists say that they create a couple almost once and for a lifetime. It's touching, isn't it?
I was walking along the sidewalk past a high one, and there somewhere inside the branches, sparrows chirped loudly and loudly, I had to work hard to make out.
They feed on small insects, caterpillars, grain crops.
It is known that a sparrow in flight can be no more than 15 minutes. This feature was used by the Chinese in 1958. They decided that the sparrows eat a portion of the rice crop, therefore, to combat them, they created scaring noise effects, preventing the birds from landing, after 15 minutes the sparrows died. So they destroyed a large bird colony. And the harvest really was a little higher than usual.
But the nature of the next year, he avenged the Chinese for it. In the second year, almost all the rice crops were destroyed by the locusts and caterpillars that sparrows ate.
