Very much so! They actually taste quite good too. Eating them taste wise I prefer them raw but if you eat too much you might get a stomach if you don’t cook them properly, like many foods we consume everyday. I enjoy breaking off a small piece, when fresh, chewing it for a while until it’s no longer solid, then I’m you will feel very calm, clear headed, and just a better awareness of your surrounding. I can attest to the wonders this mushroom has done for nightmares and anxiety! Very lovely photographs!
