liqueur de miel / honey liquor

Je me suis mise il y à peu de temps, à faire beaucoup de choses par moi-même. Pour éviter de toujours acheter, acheter, acheter.

Voici donc ma liqueur de miel.

Ingredients:

1 orange bio
1 citron bio
4 clous de girofle
500g de miel
500ml de Vodka
500ml d'eau

Ingredients:

1 organic orange
1 organic lemon
4 cloves
500g of honey
500ml of Vodka
500ml of water

Voici le procédé:

• Prendre le zeste du citron et de l'orange et le mettre dans un bocal
• presser l'orange et le citron et mettre le jus et les pépins dans le bocal
• Ecraser 4 clous de girofle et mettre dans le bocal
• Verser la Vodka dans le bocal
• Laisser 48 heures.
• Faire fondre le miel dans l'eau, faire bouillir puis laisser a feu doux pour faire diminuer de moitié.
• Laisser refroidir et mettre dans le bocal.
• Tourner tous les jours.
• Filtrer apres 6 jours et mettre en bouteille.

Voilà c'est tout.

A votre santé

Here is the process:

• Take the zest of lemon and orange and put it in a jar
• squeeze the orange and lemon and put the juice and seeds in the jar
• Crush 4 cloves and put in the jar
• Pour the Vodka into the jar
• Leave 48 hours.
• Melt the honey in the water, boil and leave on low heat to reduce by half.
• Let cool and put in the jar.
• Turn every day.
• Filter after 6 days and bottle.
