Is climate change really indicating............... end of planet ?

Today just want raise concern over the frequent climate change.

INTRODUCTION

Statistical distribution of weather patterns keep changing , but if that changes last for extended period of time than it's called climate change. There are many factors responsible for climate change such as biotic processes, variations in solar radiation received by earth volcanic eruptions etc.

But today I am highlighting certain human activities which are the major reason for the ongoing climate change. This is also known as GLOBAL WARMING.

HUMAN ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBLE FOR GLOBAL WARMING

The most important factor in global warming is increase in the CO^2 level in the atmosphere. This increase in Co^2 has below reasons :-

1.) Fossil fuels contain high percentages of carbon and include petroleum, coal, and natural gas. As petroleum & diesel
are used as fuel in our cars, buses, bikes etc. Statistic says that some 81.5 million automobiles are expected to be sold
by the end 2018. A typical passenger vehicle emits about 4.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide per year. By this we can
imagine what would be the impact of this on environment.

2.) Cement factories are considered to be the most CO^2 emission factories. Carbon dioxide (CO^2) is a by- product of a
chemical conversion process used in the production of clinker, a component of cement, in which limestone (CaCO^3)
is converted to lime (CaO). CO2 is also emitted during cement production by fossil fuel combustion.

3.) Greenhouse gases depletes the ozone layer and thus leads to increase in environment temperature. Many
greenhouse gases occur naturally in the atmosphere, such as carbon dioxide, methane, water vapor, annitrous oxide,
while others are synthetic. Those that are man-made include the chlorofluorocarbons. These are released from
refrigeration systems such as chiller, refrigerator etc. Due to this increased environment temperature glaciers are
melting. If a majority of the world's glaciers melt, including ice sheets, sea levels would rise significantly. But the
largest ice sheets and glaciers, in Antarctica and Greenland, hold enough water to flood coastal cities and drastically
change the world's coastlines.

SOLUTION

To reduce this the we have to use renewable source of energy as large as possible. Electric vehicles can be a game changing for this climate change. Although the loss we have already faced is irreversible but use of renewable energy sources can stop the situation from being worst.
We have available HFC ( Hydro fluoro carbon ) based refrigeration system in place of chlorofluorocarbons.

So be wise while purchasing anything. Whatever we will give to nature, we will get it back.
