Breath of Fresh Air for the Body 3！
As I hike around the beautiful scenery and breathe in the wonderful fresh air that is free of pollution was just the perfect environment to cleanse my body and mind. This is a huge part of why I like to travel to destinations that are way from cities and are filled with wonderful natural goodness as they make being healthy all the more easy.
Controlling my breathing as I walk around is a big part of benefiting from this source of pure and untainted source of oxygen that the body can make use of. The body feels at ease, away from pollution and stress of added toxins.
