thanks for writing this post.
as a matter of fact, a walk in the park can also have a certain therapeutic effect on people. like you said: comprehensive experience is the best.
A forest would be better, but maybe far away.

Sort:  

I’d say in the first place it’s about achieving those little things like routines, chores etc. Any (safe) exercise is good, the great outdoors has only more perks to it, perhaps.
