Wonderful quote: " We build all the time. Are we able to say we love our constructions?"

This really resonates with me because I have been delving into minimalism, decluttering my home and really focusing on the things I have allowed into my life.

I use the 3 questions:

Do I love this?
Do I need this?
Will this help me to lead the life I want?

If something (whether it's an object, a project, a thought, a person etc.) doesn't get a 'yes' for at least one of these questions then I am letting it go.
