Pregnant Flower? 花儿怀孕了？
I took this photo a while ago, and that was the last time I ever saw this type of flower. It does look like a pregnant lady to me, how about you?

Unusual flower, pungent due to water flow into bulbous lower end or catching insects. Possibly used to attract insects with the pungent smell. Interesting bloom @joelai
