Green Leaves Go Monochrome

This photo turned out to be a bit of a surprise.

The variety of greens looked absolutely stunning when I took the photograph, with the sun shining through some of them. But on my screen they didn't look anywhere near as pretty.

However, when I changed the photo to black and white I really like the patterns and shapes so decided to post it for @old-guy-photos Monochrome Monday initiative.
