Today I bring you publication related to my profile name of this prestigious community, it is a very nice bird called Flamingo that is present in much of the world. Come with me to get to know this Bird that inspired me to wear Flamingirl.

Places in Spain where you can get flamingos:

In Spain there are warm places which are preferred by flamingos who are always looking for places with these characteristics in their destinations. If you have the opportunity to visit these places here I leave you the information of where you can find flamingos in Spain.

One of the sites is the Natural Park Laguna de piedra, which is located in Andalusia and between the months of February and September are the migratory dates to this beautiful park that has 163 hectares of nature reserve, birds prefer this site for its wetlands and its saline water and warm climate, since 1998 this park is considered a special area of bird protection, here you can find important colonies, if you love these birds you can enjoy their behaviors and take beautiful photographs.

Another site of interest to see these magnificent birds is the Laguna Saboral which is also in Andalusian lands, as you can expect the site has many wet areas spice for the development of the bird, here you will not only see flamingos, but also a lot of birds.

Marismas del Rio Odiel, is another charming site located in the province of Huelva, this site is even more special because it was declared by UNESCO as a natural reserve of the Biosphere a title that has been earned by having great presence of birds and other animals which cohexiste within their naturalness and human interaction for observation.

Regional Park of San Pedro de Pinatar, this site has fantastic sandy beaches and warm salt flats, special ecosystem for these birds that love to fish and eat seaweed, the park is located in Murcia and its climate is likely to see colonies of flamingos throughout the year. The site is very visited because in that area there is a salt exploitation which attracts large numbers of tourists looking to observe the nature not only of flamingos but other animals that live in the area.

If you want to see the largest population or colonies of flamingos you should not miss the Ebro Delta Natural Park, another site in which you will probably find presence of flamingos all year round for its warm climate, especially at the tip of Punta de Banya, the park is located in Catalonia and has nothing more and nothing less than 8000 hectares that are also a biosphere reserve.

Surely in your country somewhere there are places where you can visualize and admire these beautiful birds, after as beauty as not choosing a name related to a bird with which I identify very much, for its slender beauty and elegance.
