Agree to this. Water has amazing healing energy. I remember my late grandfather call me a little duck when I was 4yrs old as I love spending time in water. When life is so stressful, I would take a long break soaking myself in the pool or sea,it refresh me everytime

How fortunate we are to have water for taking those long breaks to refresh ourselves. Very fortunate that you have the sea close by for it has even more healing powers with it's salt water!
