RE: Could a Gene Mutation be Causing Depression?

in #naturalmedicine7 years ago

Interesting post. The trend for the production of new b complex is encouraged by recent findings in the field of in vitro colon stimulation. Genomic research and biota are the center of attention right now when it comes to what you mentioned and hot in general medicine practice. epigenetics and how the biota and other microbial genomes affect us reveals bizarre evidence that makes us rethink our conventionally synthesized pharmaceuticals, neutraceuticals, other phytopharma or nutritional supplements. Fresh kurkuma root in a smoothie seems to work for me during my downs. Mostly its this time of the year, the weather and most people don't admit, wont realise or simply attribute it to something deterministic.

Thanks so much for the feedback! I am very interested in epigenetics, I love the work Bruce Lipton is doing and need to go reread his book. This is a great reminder. I've never heard of kurkuma, time for me to google 😀 where do you get it? I completely agree about this time of year and have realized that it happens every year so maybe this seasonal depression thing is for real! I try and get outside as much as possible too. I also think the pain of the collective consciousness during the holiday season is felt by empaths and awakened people too. Thanks for stopping by 🙏🏻💜💕

Kurcuma.... I think they mean turmeric.

Ahh yes! That makes sense

Yeah I’m glad you brought that up.

This.

And yeah, epigenetics. If triggers turn these genes on, we know triggers can also turn them off. We just don’t quite know how.... yet!
