Greetings on the path of the healing journey! :)
I decided to share some of my highlights in feeding my body and mind...
I really love red lentils and always try to have a full jar of it...
When the great spirit has to offer me some of its resources. I make some good meals to cheer up life...
In this case I've made a cream soup with some multigrain bread and root veggie salad...
Immune booster
Some Yogis reffer to is not as food, but as a medicine, so try to have it only when in need for cold, flu protection. One of the most potent natural anti~bio~tics!
One way to have it well conserved and best of it extracted ~ put in the fridge for the healing sessions!
How we do it? Here it is:
- 350 gr of peeled garlic
- 500 ml of pure spring water
- 30 ml of good alcohol 40%+ (I use bulgarian rakia)
- 10 gr of salt
- 10 gr sugar
- charge it with love energy!
- leave it for 3 days i the fridge!
- drain liquid and save it! you can keep the garlic cloves for cooking or planting right away...
- drink 1-3 shots of 30 ml daily of this medicine!
Next one:
Emperor's black / purple rice tastes amazingly like nuts! Here I have a vegetable puree at the side with some alfa-alfa sprouts...
Quick dessert or breakfast:
My homegrown organic grapes
it's a berries smoothie!
some wholemeal #vegan sandwich with mustard, corn, tomato and parsley
another revelation:
Do you know that parsley and banana are natural Serotonin boosters. It gives you ecstasy like effect! ;)
green smoothies can be special
veggie celebration :)
a pomegranate juice for the win!!!
Squeeze even the seeds if you can! Cheers!
full chilly power!
just for viewing pleasure...
Always feel abundant by yourself!
I preserve my garlic in ACV so you can drink the liquid too. Wouldn't all the goodness of the garlic get extracted into the vodka?

I think any strong (quality) alcohol works for extraction...
What is ACV btw? apple cider vinegar?
Yes, sorry! It's quite a common acronym, I've found. Sorry if that was unclear! I guess you'd want to drink the alcohol in dropperfuls as a medicine, in that case. That's why ACV is better for me as the vinegar can be safely drunk in large quantities or I can use it on dressing too.
Yes, when you make a tincture, just some drops in water :)
But in my recipe it is only 30 ml of alcohol for 500 ml water ;) so it's kinda ready for 30 ml shots of medicine... and it tastes more sweet than salty even you put equal amount of them for the preparation...
I also love ACV and gonna try it your way... Do you put it in the fridge?
I do, yes, though I am not sure I need too. Just for ease of use. The unopened ones are in a dark cupboard and have kept fine for 8 months now. Of course the alcohol extraction would keep longer... better for a zombie apocalypse!!
