RE: Enjoy the Natural Coolness of "Bael" this Summer.
Strange....🥺 Over consumption leads to stomach upset that's true.....but surely we are not aware of these side effects....may be "over-consumption" is what causing all the side effects...in any how anything in limited consumption is not so bad......that what I saw since I knew about it....infact the moment you shared about monk story I started to research on internet.to find some story

Bael fruit extract certainly reduces sperm density, motility and viability. There are several clinical studies looking at is as a possible natural male contraceptive. Here's at least one of those: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3556045/
Interestingly I see some Indian sites claim it as an aphrodisiac. Meanwhile, here in Thailand, " this bael fruit drink can be defined as a drink for monks because it is believed to help focusing concentration and meditation." Go figure.
See i told you...we have totally different take on this fruit. But now i knew some more interesting facts...the monk drink......like the "old monk"😉
