I totally agree with you @tinabrezpike. Talking about things does help. Exercise as you say is really beneficial... just changing your mindset by introducing activity like cycling skipping swimming , all are really good. Also running cool water over your head quickly gets rid of negative ion build up around your aura which is why we always feel quite different and so refereshed after a shower.
Keep up the positivity, keep smiling and cycling and give your beautiful dog a snuggle from me haha

We snuggled :)) I tried this thing with cold water and it helps...first you need to shower with hot water and then cold and over your head yes...I'm screaming like crazy when I do that but it helps :)) but always before going to bed... it's relaxing for sure :) cold but relaxing 😁😁 thank u darling for all advices you are giving me, I'm always so happy when someone supporting me and not judging...a lot of people think that this kind of feeling can simply go away with some breathing...but unfortunately this is not so easy...so thank u ❤❤ you're are really supporting person and I'm really glad that I meet you, even if on internet :) we have this option now and I'm so glad that I meet so many amazing people :) ❤❤
