Hey @tinabrezpike. Yes ur post is really well written. I am really sorry to hear you have been suffering with anxiety. Natural medicine can work really well. It seems to be a much more common problem these days .... or is it just that people open up about their problems more these days? Pills are not an answer in my opinion - they will just create different problems.
I am looking forward to your next post and glad that you have good information already on self help with this issue.
Any meditation that helps you balance your energies will be of help. An de yes DO eat breakfast - we are most busy and needing energy in the mornings so it’s very unwise to go without nutrition. Eggs with that coffee madam! Lol We can make time if we appreciate the importance of eating before the day gets going.

@sallybeth23 your comments are always so positive and I'm so glad people understand this kind of problems, because it is a big problem this days....and with social media we can bring people together and we can talk about this because talking helps a lot :) and we can overcome this without pills, because this is not disease, this is just state of mind. For people with epilepsy it's anxiety very common, and I understand why. Living in fear that seizure will happen in the middle of the street or in a car...for example when I'm starting to feel anxious, I know that seizure will happen so I'm trying to stop this with stuff that I described in this article.....So now when those feeling are present, I'm going for a walk, exercise, I'm active. And this helps...a lot :) kisses and love from Austria ❤❤

I totally agree with you @tinabrezpike. Talking about things does help. Exercise as you say is really beneficial... just changing your mindset by introducing activity like cycling skipping swimming , all are really good. Also running cool water over your head quickly gets rid of negative ion build up around your aura which is why we always feel quite different and so refereshed after a shower.
Keep up the positivity, keep smiling and cycling and give your beautiful dog a snuggle from me haha

We snuggled :)) I tried this thing with cold water and it helps...first you need to shower with hot water and then cold and over your head yes...I'm screaming like crazy when I do that but it helps :)) but always before going to bed... it's relaxing for sure :) cold but relaxing 😁😁 thank u darling for all advices you are giving me, I'm always so happy when someone supporting me and not judging...a lot of people think that this kind of feeling can simply go away with some breathing...but unfortunately this is not so easy...so thank u ❤❤ you're are really supporting person and I'm really glad that I meet you, even if on internet :) we have this option now and I'm so glad that I meet so many amazing people :) ❤❤
