Natural Medicine needs your help, dear Steemians! We've been curating and supporting Steemfolk writing on natural medicine for nearly six months now, never flagging despite the dips and troughs that sometimes plague the Steemiverse. We've helped folk down on their luck and down in spirits, delegated to those with low RC, held contests and given away SBI on hump day. We aren't going anywhere - in fact, we have HUGE plans for this platform hatching every week.

There's been MASSIVE news this week - we've created LHT, or #lotusheartoken, for the Natural Medicine community. Some of you might have already noticed you have a little in your wallets. The best way to check this is via Steempeak (you can log on with your usual Steem posting key).

For example, look at @nateonsteemit's wallet, where he has 110 LHT.

We'll be awarding some of you in the coming weeks with LHT for your interaction and work with the Natural Medicine community. Tokens can be used for services and exchanged for Steem as they grow in value. You can also win tokens by using the tag #lotusheart on your natural medicine posts, where other users who also hold LHT can vote on your post for curation rewards.

But hold your horses - not quite yet!

This is where you come in. We need funds, primarily for:

• to pay for creation of Scotbot, which enables such voting with the token
• the funds needed to build and run a Natural Medicine front end (perhaps just like Busy) that just rewards posts around the well being community, including mindfulness, spirituality, herbalism and other natural healing practices.

This is going to be amazing for onboarding new users, especially those involved in the Natural Medicine communities outside of Steem - and we all know how more users benefit us by making steem rise! The rise of the tokens is truly an exciting time - and YOU are part of this new and exciting ecosystem!

We're holding a fundraising raffle! The first prize is art by @frejafri. Her work is for sale on Redbubble, and you can choose one of the following products in either a small pouch, a mug, a spiral notebook (our favourite!) or a soft phone case.

Check out her designs here. If you're not familiar with Redbubble, they put one of the designs on a medium of your choice - a bag, a wallet, a mug. Basically, we're happy for you to choose anything around the value of $20 AUD (provided, as per below, we raise at least three times that to help us grow!)

And all you need to do is buy a raffle ticket!

Tickets are 2 SBD or 2 steem payable to @naturalmedicine. SBD will be converted by us to give entries per 2 steem entered. You may enter as many times as you like. Winners will be choosen via a random generator and filmed for transparency.

Of course, we need to make above and beyond the price of @frejafri's art, so unless we earn triple the cost of the prize, we'll be refunding all Steemians their raffle money, rest assured. We'll likely run the contest until we have raised enough funds, so that's unlikely to happen!
