Fantastic. I'll learn more about it. And I agree that it's weird that people are so uncomfortable talking about health when it relates to the mind, nervous system or any biochemistry affecting said. Thanks for being open and real about it.

I guess it comes from historical notions of strength and 'just getting on with it', as well as we don't understand what we can't see. There's a lot of shame in not coping. Thanks for your commment, it's really appreciated. It's a little mission of mind to make mental health more acceptable in society, so I do what I can. Here, in Australia, there's huge rates of youth suicide (males) and there's a big campaign to get men to talk about it and seek help as so often they soldier on alone, and think they're the only one. How much tragedy could we prevent if we could openly and unashamedly talk about how we're coping, without fear of judgement? - @riverflows
