Raw Chilli - Natural Herbal Medicine
Hello Friends,
Good Morning all!
Raw chilli - a very common name in our country. Because less and less everyone likes to eat raw chili. Because Bengalis prefer a little bit more solder in food. Raw chilli is especially well known to everyone for that taste. Although I like it myself too, because without the solder there is no real taste for food. However, people in the city prefer the solder a little less.
However, raw chilli not only enhances the taste of food but also preserves our physical well-being. It is important to remember that it is not ok to eat extra solder, because excess solder causes damage to our esophagus. So we need to be careful about eating raw chillis. In the past, raw chilli was used for various types of illnesses.
Raw chilli contains vitamin A, C, B-3, iron, potassium and very little protein and carbohydrates. By eating one raw chilli every day, the risk of blood clotting is reduced, the skin does not readily dehydrate. Raw chillis help burn calories by increasing metabolism. It contains a large amount of antioxidant beta carotene which keeps the skin beautiful. Regularly eating raw chilli reduces various nerve problems.

After listening to the above vitamins or multiples, it is certain that raw chillis benefit us in many ways from a healthy perspective. Vitamin C is an essential ingredient in our body, especially as raw pepper increases the amount of vitamin C in the body, it also increases the production of salivar, which increases our digestive capacity and eliminates indigestion.
Moreover, vitamin C also has a good effect on boosting the body's immunity, raw vitamin C and beta-carotene increase the immune system of the body, thereby reducing the risk of various infections. On the other hand, eating raw chilli increases the hormone levels in the body, called endorphin, which in turn reduces the fear of mental exhaustion.
Also worth mentioning are the benefits of raw chilli, eliminating sinus problems, controlling body weight, playing a role in controlling blood sugar levels. Because raw chilli increases the ability of insulin, which regulates blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of developing diabetes.
In fact, every natural ingredient is rich in many beneficial substances, so these natural ingredients keep us free from various kinds of physical problems as we enhance the taste of our food, which is very important for a healthy and well life. Although today, for a variety of reasons, we are moving away from natural medicine. So we need to be more careful in using these natural ingredients to stay healthy and strong.
