These were my same thoughts exactly. Death is inevitable but we can choose to live as healthy as possible in order to have a better quality of life. I’d rather live pain free and avoid sickness and live happily and peacefully. We can prolong the quality of our lives if we take care of ourselves. Great response! 😊
The point is less pain.
