Breakfast with pink mushrooms, for an extreme health.

Seems like flower petals. Are not they?, but they are just pink oyster mushrooms, for breakfast. Very beautiful and colorful.

This preparation supplies you all B vitamins, as well the mushroom contains natural statins, that helps you to diminish cholesterol in blood, also its beta-Glucans eliminates cancer cells from our bodies.

How did they were prepared?

Very simple:

  • Olive oil: four spoons.
  • 150 g of pink oyster mushrooms.
  • Soy sauce: 1 spoon.
  • A bit of thyme.
  • Coriander: a little, chopped.

Fry all the ingredients for 15 min at medium fire and done, you now have a delicacy to maintain the most priceless thing on earth: your HEALTH.

After prepared, this mushrooms have a firm bacon like texture, and very very tasty.

It can be eaten with toasted bread or with my favorite companion: an omelette.

We have lots of oyster mushrooms here in Asia... white, pink and brown. Sooooo cheap too! Those beta-glucans? Oh yes please. Interestingly I'm writing a mushroom post this coming week too. And yes, I like mine tossed in a very hot wok (rice bran oil) for only 2-3 mins with garlic & a whisper of mineral salt. Chopped corriander & finely chopped green spring onions go in at the end when the heat goes off. Yummmmy!! 😋 We have them over freshly steamed black rice, often with dpicy rocket & some cucumber on the side. 😍
