VINIFICACIÓN: Crianza en depósitos de cemento y en Barricas
COMENTARIOS: Muy buen vino. Sorprendente vino del Priorat, fuerte de sabor y largo en boca pero de final meloso debido al uso de la combinación de las variedades (Shyra y Cabernet Sauvignon con la Garnacha i Carñena). Vino bastante limpio y brillante. Va bien con cualquier tipo de carnes, quesos, bacalao, triperia,... Buena relación calidad – precio.

MYWINE TODAY: Se trata de realizar una valoración de los vinos que vamos consumiendo, valoración sin ningún afán técnico o especializado. Simplemente expresando las sensaciones que produce el vino cuando lo bebemos. De manera que podamos conocer diferentes precios, bodegas y añadas expandiendo nuestros límites.
Está abierto a la participación de tod@s y pretende agrupar en una etiqueta (Mywine) el conjunto de opiniones de los diversos vinos, y ¡por qué no!, como consulta al ir a la vinoteca”….
