There really is a certain “early internet” vibe about the place. The unique concept of the site also lends itself to a mainly positive audience... something I’ve not seen on the net for over a decade!
It’ll be interesting to see how things grow over time and if it’ll become a prospect for content producers to find a home on. It’s why I’m here.
I agree.. Ever since we had less than 1000 users last summer everyone has always said they loved Steemit compared to Facebook because everyone here is so positive and supportive, which the opposite can be said about Facebook (which some claim has a negative vibe).
I am ok with Facebook. It’s kind of what you make of it and I keep it to friends, family and few others. It’s Twitter that is the unmitigated mess right now. Can get really soul crushing over there.
