I pretty much try to do my okayest every day, it's pretty much the same thing every day. When I wake up in the morning, usually late morning, I try to convince myself that the day will be a good day, worth getting out of bed for. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....
Post the words you tell yourself, your actions, etc each day for 7 days! I'd love to know you more.
