TeamMalaysia MyJuniors 1st Official Event -大马队MyJuniors 第一次活动

Note: Understand that some preferred not to have their kids' face show on the internet. So, I have decided to put some smiley face.

注意：有些朋友不希望孩子的照片在网上出现，所以我把面对镜头的小朋友都放上了笑脸。呵呵

A week ago, @bitrocker2020, the father of #teammalaysia, announced the birth of #MyJuniors, led by our beloved @elizacheng. At the same time, the very first MyJuniors event was also arranged. It was a Chinese New Year decorations making Workshop. I like the initiative of MyJuniors, foster a deeper bond between parent and child. I told myself that I will give full support on this initiative, and try my best to attend all their events and workshops.

Once I saw the date for this 1st workshop, my first impression was “Oh no……. it will be on a Saturday morning. It clashes with my princess's dancing class”.

大概一个星期前，@bitrocker2020，#teammalaysia之父，宣布由@elizacheng 带领的#MyJuniors诞生啦！同时也安排了MyJuniors的第一个活动：新年饰品制作工作坊。MyJuniors的目标是拉近家长与小孩的距离，我当然要支持呀！我会尽量抽时间让出席MyJuniors的每个活动。

当我注意到这活动是在星期六早上，我的第一个反应就是：天啊，星期六早上我的公主有舞蹈班呢。。

I told my wife about MyJuniors and the workshop. We both knew that our princess like both crafts as well as dance. So, we decided to let her choose. We asked:

Me: Chloey, do you want to attend dance class this coming Saturday?

Chloey: *Nod her head.

Me: Do you want to attend a craft workshop this coming Saturday?

Chloey: *Nod her head again.

Me: But you only can choose either dance class or craft class because both classes will be starting at the same time. We will be making this at the craft class *googled and showed her Chinese New Year red packet lantern.

Chloey: Craft class! *without hesitation.

我跟太太都知道我们的公主喜欢舞蹈，同时也喜欢手工制作。没办法啦，那就由她自己来决定吧。以下是我们的对话。
我：Chloey， 这个星期六要去舞蹈班吗？
女儿：点个头。
我：那，这个星期六要去手工制作活动吗?
女儿：又点了个头。
我：不过你只可以出席其中一个活动哦，因为两个活动都会在同一时间举行。在手工制作的活动，我们会用红包制作这些。我google了一些样本给她看。
女儿：就去手工制作活动吧！

Finally, today is the day! We reached just in time. We were greeted by @karinzdailygrind at the entrance. Both my princesses started to get excited as soon as they saw a table full of cute stickers. They took their time to choose their favorite sticker and tada…….

终于等到今天了！我们10点钟准时到。@karinzdailygrind就在登记处迎接我们了。两位公主看见坐上一堆帖子就开始兴奋起来了。她们精挑细选了她们喜欢的帖子，我们就把帖子弄在他们的手上。

Overall, it was a very good session. Handling with kids is not an easy task. It's a very good decision to limit the participants for this 1st event. I Will try my best to take my kids to join as many sessions as possible. Good job committee member! You guys rock!

整体看来，这个活动安排的很好。要应付小孩不是一件容易的事。在这第一个活动限制出席人数是没错的。委员会成员干得好！你们是最棒的！
