Show Us Your California!
SoCal Steemit’s weekly Contest is back!
Our group is all about building the SoCal Steemit community, and we think the best way to build a community is to try to get to know each other a little bit better. Since we are all here in California we thought a great way for us to do that is to to have everyone show us Your California!
The Contest
We want you to show us Your California. That could be your neighborhood, a hike in the mountains, a trip to the mall or beach, a visit to a museum, a BBQ in your backyard. Whatever it is that represents Your California at the time.
It is hard to choose, right? No worries, we will run this on a weekly basis. So you can show us all the different aspects of Your California!
These are the ways you can show us:
- A photo (or more than one)
- A video
- A story or a poem
- A piece of art the represents Your California
- please add at least 50 words of text telling us why it is representing your California
What next:
- Use the tag #mycalifornia and #socalsteemit on your post.
- Drop the link to your post in the comments of this post.
- Use one of the the SoCalSteemit footer banners in your post.
If you don't have the footer banners yet - you can find them in our discord server in the "info" channel.
The Prizes
We have 6 Steem on the table.
* 1st - 4 Steem
* 2nd - 2 Steem
All entries will receive a 100% upvote from SoCalSteemit!
And this week both of the winners will also receive some of these awesome SoCal Steemit stickers!!
Winners
Of course, we expect and insist on original material only. For this contest, it needs to be your own photo, writing, video or artwork.
If your entry meets all the requirements, you will be entered to win.
Every tuesday the winners will be chosen by a random drawing. The SBI prizes will be purchased and will be announced in a "winners" post. Late entries will be included in the next weeks contest.
