Broken Shrubs - Show Us Your California

HI friends,

This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @socalsteemit where we show our California.

I have some nice shrubs and plants around my house and yard and they look good all year round. I say that, but they usually are broken and they do not grow back super fast... check them out:

By broken, I mean the tips are often not there, so it is an abrupt end to each of the fawns. Here is what happens:

The kids pull them off! Boo! They do not appreciate the nice plants as much as I do I guess, and they get put in a kids dump truck and hauled away.

So my shrubs may not always look nice, but that’s just how it goes in my California.
