ဆီးခ်ိဳအတြက္ ေကာင္းမြန္တဲ့ ၾကက္ေမာက္သီး အေစ့
ၾကက္ေမာက္သီးဟာ လူႀကိဳက္မ်ားတဲ့ သစ္သီးတစ္မ်ိဳးပါပဲ။ ေလ့လာေတြ႔ရွိမႈအရ ၾကက္ေမာက္သီးမွာ သံဓါတ္ ပိုတက္ဆီယမ္ နဲ႔ ဗီတာမင္ C ဓါတ္ေတြပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ အမွ်င္ဓတ္ပါ၀င္မႈလည္း အနည္းငယ္ျမင့္မားပါတယ္။ ဒါ့ေၾကာင့္ ၾကက္ေမာက္ေစ့က ကိုယ္အေလးခ်ိန္ကိုလည္း ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ၾကက္ေမာက္သီးကို စားရင္ အေစ့ကို မစားတတ္ၾကေပမဲ့ ၾကက္ေမာက္ေစ့ဟာ အဆိပ္အေတာက္မျဖစ္ေစပါဘူး။

ေနာက္တစ္နည္းကေတာ့ ႀကိတ္ထားတဲ့ ၾကက္ေမာက္ေစ့မႈန္႔ကို ေရေႏြးနဲ႔ ေဖ်ာ္လိုက္ၿပီး ေအးေအာင္ထားပါ။ ၿပီးရင္ အေပၚကေရအၾကည္ကိုပဲေသာက္ၿပီး က်န္တဲ့ အနည္ေတြကို သြန္ပစ္လိုက္ပါ။ တစ္ေန႔ကို ၁ ႀကိမ္ကေန ၃ ႀကိမ္ အထိ ကိုယ့္ရဲ့ ဆီးခ်ိဳ ပမာဏေပၚ မူတည္ၿပီး ေသာက္လို႔ရပါတယ္။
အစာအိမ္နာတာ အတြက္လည္း ေကာင္းမြန္ပါတယ္။
