မိုးရြာၿပီးရင္ ပိုေတာင္ပူလာသလိုပဲေနာ္။ လႈပ္လိုက္တာနဲ႔ေခြ်းထြက္ေတာ့တာ။ "ေခြၽး" ကို sweat သို႔မဟုတ္ perspiration လို႔ေခၚပါတယ္၊ ႏွစ္ခစလံုးဟာ Noun ေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္။perspiration ကေတာ့ စာအသံုးဆန္ၿပီး ေန႔စဥ္အသံုးမွာေတာ့ sweat ကိုပဲသံုးၾကပါတယ္။ Noun နဲ႔ Verb ပံုစံေလးေတြ သိရေအာင္...
Sweat = perspiration(noun) = ေခြၽး
Sweat = perspire (verb) = ေခြၽးထြက္သည္

Sweaty palms ကေခြၽးစိုေနေသါလက္မ်ား

I am sweating စသည္ျဖင့္ verb ကိုသံုႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
ဗိုလ္ေတြကေတာ့ ပူလြန္းလို႔ ေခြၽးအရမ္းထြက္ေနတယ္ဆိုရင္ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုယ္ဝက္အျဖစ္ခံၿပီး ေျပာတဲ့ expressionတစ္ခု႐ွိပါေသးတယ္။

ဒီအခန္းက ေလွာင္လိုက္တာ။ ငါေတာ့ ေခြၽးေတြ ဝက္လိုထြက္ေနၿပီ
ေခြၽးအလြန္ထြက္သည္ = to sweat profusely
ေခြၽးစို႔သည္ = being to sweat
ေခြၽးငုတ္သည္ = to cease perspiring suddenly by the sweat of one's brow = နဖူးကေခြၽးေျခမက်ေအာင္႐ွာရသည္။
စကားေျပာရာမွာ တစ္ခုခုကိုမပင္ပန္းပါဘူး၊ ကိစၥမ႐ွိပါဘူး၊ အသာေလးလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္လို႔ေျပာခ်င္ရင္ No sweat လို႔သံုးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
