Yes its safe ,my country (India) has also banned crypto's but we can trade peer to peer with the help of nodes and that what the blockchain network used for ,so don't hesitate and invest vigorously.
You can easily transact your token with the help of NRI or relative residing in country where Bitcoin is necessity.
which exchange do you prefer for trading? exchange like zebpay and bitbns are not sure abt their future in india.
