Whats the RC cost of basic operations?
With HF20, Resource Credits were added in as the new bandwidth system. Whats the cost of RC to do basic tasks? I need to know for posting(I assume longer posts will cost more, so maybe initial cost + cost per byte), cost per comment(same as post), cost per vote(does it differ by vote %), transactions(including powering up/down), coustom_json(again I assume this varies by length, so initial cost + cost per byte) and claiming rewards.

Whether or not they stay at those numbers is anyones guess. I have seen mention in some discord channels that the costs are supposed to decrease once the system normalizes. That essentially they are high at this time due to demand far exceeding supply.
As more poeple post and comment (like us here) the available supply is not sufficient to meet our RC demands and so cost is high
Over the coming weeks (this is 2nd hand info only) this should reach a balance and hopefully will come down to more reasonable numbers

It's really too early to answer that question accurately. You can go to Steemd/@youraccountname and see what you starting RC and Vote mana is. Then perform an action go back to that page, refresh and see how much it reduces it.
Those numbers are going to change over time though. A comment may take 21k RC today but as things normalize on the blockchain and the system realizes that comments shouldn't be weighted that heavy, it may drop down to something like 5k.
It is best to wait until the middle of next week, then you will be able to get an accurate idea of what actions are going to cost.
