It's really too early to answer that question accurately.  You can go to Steemd/@youraccountname and see what you starting RC and Vote mana is.  Then perform an action go back to that page, refresh and see how much it reduces it.

Those numbers are going to change over time though.  A comment may take 21k RC today but as things normalize on the blockchain and the system realizes that comments shouldn't be weighted that heavy, it may drop down to something like 5k.  

It is best to wait until the middle of next week, then you will be able to get an accurate idea of what actions are going to cost.
