Yes I agree. However in the workplace it's not possible to keep away from them all the time. Good thing we don't meet everyday and it doesn't happen everyday. Haha.

You can let them know, but do keep in mind that them being unaware can put you in a more awkward position where they don't acknowledge your help or even misinterpret your intentions. If someone would have approached me 4 years ago with the info I have now, I might not have had a listening ear. Hope it works out. #Lobi
Well... They talk about management during their meetings so anything I and anyone else does gets reported anyway. And one at the top has learned of what I did. They can make it all about me or not, I can play devil's advocate all day. Lol.
Oh I do know I am not perfect and that I have my faults but it doesn't mean I will let them use it against me to make me feel small. Failures and mistakes are part of success. If we do not experience such then how else can we improve?
This is why I asked what are the good things I did too aside from the wrong things I did. There's always a good and bad side to everything and everyone. 😊

I'm on it, just to see what I can get but I rather just buy the eggs, and then slowly build my wall and roof with it. That way I have an excuse to eat eggs.
But arent carpets more expensive than curtains. I will be checking that out, because that isn't a bad idea. When I looked for the curtain, I came to 2500 Euro.
Try carpet scraps! Most carpet wholesellers and resellers will have small portions of carpet that they are unable to sell and get thrown in a scrap pile. Most are willing to sell it at a very discounted price. I'm sure you can find it online for cheap as well. The problem with curtains is that they are not thick enough to be effective at noise cancelling, unless you purchase a large quantity. Carpet scraps might be cheaper in the long run. Either way, an extra layer of carpet or a curtain will make a difference and is cheaper/faster than an additional layer of sheetrock/drywall.
Oh, I meant noise canceling curtains. That is why I came to 2500 for just the bedroom that is quite small. That is way too much off course. But I will look for carpet sellers, that isn't a bad idea.

Oh, it cant be permanently, because I'm renting. I'm building something like two walls, the normal wall and then the wall I will be making, and between those two walls, I'm leaving soem space to throw some isolation. But I don't know what to throw in there that is cheap. Cheap because I will be needing a lot.
Sheetrock, Drywall, https://homereference.net/alternatives-to-drywall/ whatever you cover your walls with. Adding another layer of whatever was my suggestion. It sounds like my idea won't work too well for you.

You can buy them for cheap in shops that specialise in packaging. Search on google for: "buy carton egg boxes (YOUR AREA)".

Is an additional layer of sheetrock allowed? because this https://www.greengluecompany.com/products/noiseproofing-compound stuff in between an addition layer of sheet rock, covered with that foam works wonders.
