Sleep and have adequate rest

Sleep and adequate rest are one of the keys to healthy living habits. This is very reasonable because the body is in desperate need of rest to be able to return to its maximum activity. But if you don't rest well, you can compensate by eating more, but this is not recommended by health experts. Enough rest and sleep also prevents premature aging.
