of course! both Steemit and Musing are platforms built on top of the steem blockchain that offers a better experience than most other content platforms. Just ask yourself a simple "would you want your likes to worth something?" and you'd see that actually it doesnt take too much to get users on board the steem ecosystem.

Now if you are asking a "will"... Then it's a different story that I cannot give a definite answer to. Humans are instinctively irrational. Something that is better doesnt mean it gets accepted 100% of the time.
